Dividen ASB Bagi Tahun Kewangan 2011

1. Haa...this entry kind of related with my previous entry regarding December. Normally in Malaysia, the month of December, or early January will be when Bumiputera investors waits for a special announcement of a certain investment.
2. Not sure with other countries, but where else can you find an investment that is 100% capital protected in whatever economic situations? And been given dividend plus bonuses also? Although there are still other investments especially unit trust that can yield better returns but Amanah Saham Bumiputera can be considered as one of the safest investment.
3. And today, PNB had announced that for the year 2011:
   
   • Dividend: 7.65 % (or sen per unit)
   • Bonus: 1.15% (or sen)
4. For the year of 2010, it was 7.50 (dividend) and 1.25 (bonus).
5. Hopefully, most of the investors will re-invest majority of the dividend + bonus for the year 2012. But there's no harm to withdraw a chunk of the profits and reward yourself and your family. And, do forget about zakat too! Better still, use the dividend to buy GOLD. Diversify your investment portfolio.

SBPA Lagi...

1. Ini entri sambungan dari Hurm...Saraan Baru Perkhidmatan Awam (SBPA) yang ditulis siang tadi. Entri berkenaan ada mencirikan secara kasar intipati dalam SBPA dan perbezaannya dengan Sistem Saraan Malaysia yang akan luput pada 30 Disember 2011 (namun masih relevan bagi yang tidak memilih opsyen SBPA).
2. Saya langsung tidak menyentuh soal kenaikan gaji dalam entri berkenaan, kerana beranggapan maklumat yang saya bakal terima adalah lebih terperinci dari yang kita ketahui secara terhad selama ini. Rupa-rupanya apa yang dimaklumkan tidak lebih sekadar preview atau pratonton dan bukan tayangan sepenuhnya. Jika dalam industri filem, ia sekadar trailer yang mengusik jiwa agar ternanti-nanti untuk menonton filem tersebut. Namun, kadang-kadang trailer berkenaan amat mengagumkan, namun apabila ditonton kemudian, adakalanya filem tersebut mengecewakan secara keseluruhannya. Tapi, bagi SBPA ini, harapannya apa yang kita dengar seindah khabar.
3. Susulan entri terdahulu, secara keseluruhannya berbanding SSM yang menyenaraikan 279 skim perkhidmatan, SBPA akan hanya mempunyai...

Hurm...Saraan Baru Perkhidmatan Awam (SBPA)

1. Salam Sejahtera,
   
   Entri kali ini saya coretkan dalam bahasa ibunda saya, Bahasa Melayu. Ini sejajar dengan edaran Pekeliling Perkhidmatan Bil. 9/2011 oleh Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam, dan kerana isu yang saya ketengahkan kali ini turut berkaitan dengan Perkhidmatan Awam, kerjaya pertama yang saya ceburi semenjak bergelar graduan hampir 7 tahun yang lalu.
   
   TRANSFORMASI SISTEM PERKHIDMATAN AWAM
2. YAB Perdana Menteri semasa membentangkan Belanjawan 2011 mengumumkan sistem saraan baru untuk perkhidmatan awam yakni Saraan Baru Perkhidmatan Awam (SBPA) yang bakal menggantikan Sistem Saraan Malaysia (SSM).
3. Sekadar mengingatkan semula, SSM dilaksanakan mulai 2002. Jadi sudah hampir 10 tahun dilaksanakan yang merupakan pengganti kepada Sistem Saraan Baru (SSB). SSB pula diwujudkan pada tahun 1992 menggantikan sistem hasil Laporan Jawatankuasa Kabinet (JKK) 1976.
4. Jadi jika melihat kepada pola perubahan sistem ini, sejak tahun lepas lagi, ramai penjawat awam merasakan kemungkinan akan diwujudkan sistem baru bagi menggantikan SSM dan impian tersebut bakal terlaksana pada 1 Januari 2012. 
5. Walaupun pembentangan Belanjawan 2011 dilakukan pada 7 Oktober 2011, dan ia telahpun diluluskan oleh Dewan Rakyat pada 24 November 2011, namun masih ramai atau boleh dikatakan majoriti penjawat awam masih tidak mengetahui sebarang maklumat lanjut atau perkembangan SBPA selepas pengumuman oleh YAB PM. Walau bagaimanapun, terdapat sedikit maklumat yang disiarkan di beberapa akhbar utama, yakni cebisan maklumat SBPA setelah beberapa seminar dan taklimat tertutup diadakan.
6. Bagi mereka yang tidak berada dalam Perkhidmatan Awam, secara ringkasnya Gred dalam Perkhidmatan Awam terbahagi kepada 4 kategori. Kumpulan Pelaksana bermula Gred 1 hingga 40. Pegawai Pengurusan dan Profesional Gred 41 hingga 54, Jawatan Utama Sektor Awam (JUSA) Gred A hingga C dan kumpulan tertinggi yang dipanggil Gred Turus dari Turus 1 hingga 3. Jawatan Ketua Setiausaha Negara (KSN) pula...

It's December again...

1. Here it come's again. December. How time has flies. It's like we had just entered 2011, but now it's the end of the year. All the events that only happens at the end of the year are here again. Year End Sales (YES), PC Fair will be held for the final time, people are off to holidays, airports especially LCCT becoming crowded. And, heavy rain.
2. Talking about weather, it has been an unpredictable year again this year. What I'd learn thru my Geography lessons in secondary school seem irrelevant. I can still remember the MO-NA formula. Raining season from May to October (MO) for West Peninsular and November to April (NA) for East Peninsular. But nowadays, it's still raining here in Selangor. Flood in Kajang? Who can predict that?

How To Blog Tips 1

1. We meet again. It's been a while since my maiden post was published. Promised myself to have at least 4 posts each month.

2. Reading this post topic, hehe, well, I'm also a newbie to blogging. So I'm not that authorized to post any tips about blogging right? But, since I had just started blogging, why don't share the experience of blogging? The do's and dont's of blogging.

3. After a few days since my first posting, I tried to google'd my own blog and can't find it. It get me curious since blogger.com is also one of Google affiliate so why my blog address was not there to be found?

4. So, after several clicks here and there, read a few 'hows' and 'dummies for', I managed to list my blog address so that it can be found on Google.

5. So for all blogging newbies, this is what you need to do, I"ll try to simplify it for you:

•  Just go to http://blogsearch.google.com/ping
• Enter your blog address
• Click 'Submit Blog'
• Try google your blog address again after a few minutes. I tried mine after a few hours because got some work to do after registering my blog.

Good Day To Start Blogging

Well, it has been quite for some time I have been contemplating to start writing in a blog. Either to express my view on certain issue or as a recreational tool to polish my writing and language skills. Procrastination was a major problem for the delay. Probably blogging will destroy this hurdle for me to become a much more successful person. And time and situation has been the deciding factor.

15 or 20 years back, I really love to write. My late father has been an inspiration and keep pushing my brother and me to write short essay and sending it to certain student magazine. And it's been worthwhile, when seeing my own writing published and read by fellow readers. Those essays had really help me bringing my imagination into writing. 

And how the world has evolve a lot. Those days, pen and paper were my best friend. Now it's been replaced by keyboard and a screen, either during work or normal day to day . My fingers now get tired easily when ask to write using a pen - answering exam was tough - and the numbness felt afterwards. Maybe an indirect effect of too much 'sms'ing. 

However, with HIS blessing, finally today, Friday, 18th November 2011, I chose to start my own cyber-journey/cyber-journalism and join fellow bloggers. Hopefully my blog won't be a dormant blog like so many others. Choosing 'Skrol Saya' as my blog name really indicates what I want this blog to portray. It'll be like sharing stories, experiences, emotions, that has gone thru my life and jotted down in my life scroll. What I do have in my mind now, is writing about life, current issues, gold, and international relations.

Be it an inspiring entry or down right stupid, I just hope blogging will be worthwhile. Happy reading!
