Dividen ASB Bagi Tahun Kewangan 2011

1. Haa...this entry kind of related with my previous entry regarding December. Normally in Malaysia, the month of December, or early January will be when Bumiputera investors waits for a special announcement of a certain investment.
2. Not sure with other countries, but where else can you find an investment that is 100% capital protected in whatever economic situations? And been given dividend plus bonuses also? Although there are still other investments especially unit trust that can yield better returns but Amanah Saham Bumiputera can be considered as one of the safest investment.
3. And today, PNB had announced that for the year 2011:
   
   • Dividend: 7.65 % (or sen per unit)
   • Bonus: 1.15% (or sen)
4. For the year of 2010, it was 7.50 (dividend) and 1.25 (bonus).
5. Hopefully, most of the investors will re-invest majority of the dividend + bonus for the year 2012. But there's no harm to withdraw a chunk of the profits and reward yourself and your family. And, do forget about zakat too! Better still, use the dividend to buy GOLD. Diversify your investment portfolio.
