Alhamdulillah...selepas sekian lama...

1. Setelah bertahun bertungkus lumus...mengagihkan masa antara kerjaya dan kuliah, akhirnya pihak panel pemeriksa tesis tiada masalah untuk menerima tesis yang dibuat dengan sedikit penambahan dan pembetulan. 
2. Jadi, bagi menghargai jasa semua, berikut adalah petikan Penghargaan yang bakal dibukukan dalam tesis saya bertajuk 'Implementasi Perjanjian Helsiniki di Aceh: Keberkesanan Mencapai Perdamaian'.
   
   PENGHARGAAN
   
   
   Syukur Alhamdulillah kepada Allah S.W.T kerana akhirnya, kembara ilmu di tahap Ijazah Sarjana untuk saya akhirnya menemui penghujungnya. Pengalaman menyertai misi keamanan di Aceh kini berjaya diterjemahkan dalam bentuk penulisan. Walaupun ada kalanya cabaran yang dihadapi untuk menyiapkan tesis ini seperti suatu pertarungan yang sukar dimenangi, namun akhirnya saya diberi peluang dan kekuatan oleh-Nya untuk meneruskan perjuangan. Bermula secara pengajian separuh masa dan menamatkan secara sepenuh masa, mengimbangi komitmen tugas dan mengerah minda di sesi kuliah menuntut kesabaran yang tidak sedikit jumlahnya.
   
   Ucapan penghargaan sahaja sebenarnya tidak mencukupi untuk saya ungkapkan kepada...

1. It was actually a luncheon talk, welcoming the new officers to the department. Personally, after attending the event, it had really enlightened and given a better insight to me about this new work place. And it was really important because by explaining what the stake holders are expecting from us, we can understand better the role that we need to perform and the way that the organization is heading towards.
   
   
   Talking Points:
2. In the talk, the VIP speaker had stressed that in every position we held, there is an obligation to upheld. There are responsibilities to be fulfilled ie like items in a contract. 
3. In a contract, it'll specifies what we need to achieve in order for us to get paid. Failure to achieve it, means we're unable to honor the contract.
4. Adapt to the working culture as fast as possible. The Department have its' own image. Especially in fulfilling clients expectations. 
5. 'Soft touch' or 'soft skills' is very important. Use the right way to...

Wow...time flies!

1. Whoa...the blog was last updated (my own posts of course, not the blog followed) December 19th 2011...yup, it was last year...and I thought I did updated this blog in January...hahaha...so personally I owe myself 4 posts for January and 4 posts for February.
   
   
   
2. How time flies right? At a time you thought you're were still a teen, or even a young, strong adult...then suddenly you've got responsibilities...married, got a kids (then kids), career...and so many things that you had done probably without knowing that how much time has gone. Like 2012, it's end of February already! We had celebrated Maulidur Rasul, our Chinese friends had celebrated Chinese New Year, and our Indian friends had already celebrated Thaipusam...and in 2 days time it'll be March, and another 9 months before it's 2013.
